The menu opens with a selection of Liveners for guests wishing to kick off their morning with a bang, including Bloody Mary, Espresso Martini, Garibaldi, Screwdriver and Prosecco bottle. Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice and Haus-made Lemonade are also available.
Diners looking for a hearty option have a choice of the Schloss Breakfast Bagel (soft chive omelette, Haus chilli jam, gouda, coriander and pink pickled onions served on a Haus-baked poppy seed bagel), The Royale (Yorkshire streaky bacon and round bratwurst) or The Royale Garten (slow roasted portobello mushroom and smashed avocado).
Other options include the Cook Haus Breakfast (Catherine wheel sausage, Yorkshire streaky bacon, Burford brown egg, roasted portobello mushroom, baked beans and hash brown), Veggie Cook Haus Breakfast (Moving Mountains sausage, smashed avocado, Burford brown egg, roasted portobello mushroom, baked beans, hash brown, roast tomato and Pain de Mie toast), Goats Cheese and Courgette Fritters (Burford brown eggs, Frankfurt sauce and spicy devilled tomatoes) and Smoked Salmon Bagel (chive cream cheese, poached Burford brown eggs and cress).
Dishes also on offer are Turkish Eggs (garlic yoghurt, poached Burford brown eggs, herbs, chilli butter, crispy onions and sourdough toast), Avocado and Eggs (smashed avocado, poached Burford brown eggs, basil, chilli butter, lime and sourdough toast), Schloss Benedict (poached Burford brown eggs, hollandaise, black forest ham and toasted English muffin) and a selection of Haus Pastries, baked in-Haus daily by the venue’s master bakers.
Diners with a sweet tooth can opt for Pancake Haus, fluffy, sweet pancakes with maple syrup and either maple bacon and Burford brown egg or vanilla berries and cream.
The venue will also be launching a ‘Boho Brunch’, where during breakfast service, guests can indulge in half a bottle of bubbles, a breakfast dish of their choice, Haus-baked toast and jam, freshly squeezed orange juice and an artisan coffee for £25 per person.
To kick off their new menu in style, Albert’s Schloss Birmingham will host ‘Broadway Baby!’ show tunes from 11am – 2.15pm on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th September.
