Located at the very central, Mann Island and the Royal Albert Dock Liverpool, we asked the question of ‘What Next for Liverpool City Region?’ to Liverpool City Region Combined Authority representatives, Chief Executive Frank Rogers, Director of Commercial Development & Investment Mark Bousfield and Director of Policy & Strategic Commissioning Kirsty Pearce.
During the discussion, panellist Frank Rogers placed focus on the £430m of growth and investment opportunities within the Liverpool City Region at the moment, with £1.2bn of investment projected to go through the Combined Authority between 2019 and 2025. Rogers was adamant in highlighting “this is our moment” as a region, with key relationships being established with government.
