Outro juiz do City of Birmingham Business Awards é Sarah Grace, diretora administrativa da Kate+Co Recruitment, uma consultoria de recrutamento independente com sede em Solihull. Era evidente para ela, mesmo nos primeiros dias, que ela havia encontrado o nicho dele e que o recrutamento seria sua carreira escolhida. Naqueles dias, as ferramentas do comércio eram um telefone (linha de terra) e uma página amarela e ela passava a maior parte do tempo correndo pelo distrito comercial de Birmingham entregando currículos com seu diário sob o braço organizando entrevistas em movimento. Sarah ama o setor de recrutamento e agora é diretor da Kate+Co nos últimos 13 anos e diretor administrativo por 2 anos. Downtown in Business
Established in 1997, Sarah’s company specialises in national recruitment in the following sectors: Business Support, Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology and Change and Manufacturing and Engineering. It was apparent to her even in the very early days that she had found his niche and that recruitment was going to be her chosen career path. In those days the tools of the trade were a phone (land line) and a yellow pages and she spent most of her time running around Birmingham’s Business District delivering CV’s with her diary under her arm arranging interviews on the go. Sarah loves the recruitment industry and has now been a director of Kate+Co for the last 13 years and Managing Director for the 2 years.
