No Aston, temos a sorte de estudar em um campus multicultural, onde milhares de histórias se entrelaçam a cada dia. No entanto, muitas vezes estamos muito envolvidos em nossos mundos para considerar o que os outros ao nosso redor estão passando. O evento "de onde eu vim, para onde estou indo", trará estudantes, professores, ex-alunos e além, para um espaço onde compartilharemos histórias sobre o que nos trouxe aqui-histórias sobre nossas culturas, nossas crenças, nossas paixões, nossos sonhos-e vamos adquirir alguns alunos que se conectam a todos os alunos. Também contará com performances dos alunos para destacar o talento que está em nosso campus.

‘Where I Came From, Where I’m Going’ captures the essence that everyone has a story that has led them to where they are today, and will help determine who they will become. At Aston, we’re lucky to study in a multicultural campus, where thousands of stories intertwine with each other each day. Yet, often times we are too wrapped up in our worlds to consider what others around us are going through. The event ‘Where I Came From, Where I’m Going’ will bring students, faculty, alumni, and beyond, to a space where we’ll share stories about what brought us here– stories about our cultures, our beliefs, our passions, our dreams– and let us gain some understanding of the thread that connects us all together.
The event will feature 5-7 minute talks by students highlighting their personal story and what led them to where they are today. It will also feature student performances to highlight the talent that is on our campus.
