Glenville Walker and Partners Limited is a specialist/boutique law firm formed over two and a half years ago by two high level partners from a large full services commercial law firm.
We have grown rapidly as a firm and are now four partners with supporting teams all with strong skills in Intellectual Property/Commercial Law and Commercial Property/Development. We are looking to recruit a full time permanent mid to senior level corporate lawyer to add to the team headed up by Denise Walker, Director and Head of Business Law at Glenville Walker and Partners. This lawyer should have:

- fusões e aquisições

- Reorganisation/restructuring/insolvency skills would also be advantageous
Our search starts at associate level but could extend to partnership depending on experience and following (please note a following is not necessary but also advantageous).
