The business, which was founded in Blackburn by Richard Porter, John Matthews and Walter Hindle Marsden in 1919, has always been based in the town and now also has operations in Burnley and Bury. PM+M has remained fully independent and now employs 112 people with an annual turnover of £6.5m. The firm grew by 15% in the last year.

Jane and the rest of the senior management team are also committed to providing the best possible internal training and development programmes.
