The judges noted the team’s outstanding customer feedback, dedication to providing continual training opportunities and commitment to helping the local community, as just some of the reasons for the accolade.
Over the last twelve months, the venue recorded an overall NPS score of 73, and launched a new ‘real time feedback’ process; with 89% of visitors rating their experience as excellent.
