With additional stores in London and Los Angeles, the tailors are moving their Liverpool base to Yorkshire House from the Plaza on Old Hall Street, with the new letting keeping them in Liverpool until at least 2024.
Yorkshire House has also seen two long-term tenants, in the form of PR agency Jayne Moore Media and FMG Consultancy, sign lease renewals at the property over the past month, worth a combined £70,000 pa.
