The Taste of Dakota set menu includes – to start Dakota’s signature Venetian Dip with homemade bread and an Amuse Bouche, before a beautifully delicate starter of King Scallops served with samphire & pancetta. Then onto a palette cleansing Passionfruit Sorbet before the main course of the finest sharing 500g Chateaubriand with sides of fat cut chips and mixed leaf salad. If you still have room for something sweet, devour a Baked Alaska with strawberry – made for two to share.
Head to the bar after for a nightcap in glamourous settings – the cocktail menu mixes the classics with fresh creations so as to cover all tastes, alternatively, explore the extensive wine list with the help from the Sommelier. If you want to go all out, head to the Champagne Room to take your pick from a premium selection of fizz or enjoy one of their specially selected cigars on the Cigar Terrace, before heading back up to the comfort of your room.
Complimentary late check out at 12pm means you can continue the celebrations, with a lie in and a cooked breakfast served at The Grill the next morning.
