The New Normal is…: realising you never know how quickly something can change but adapting to whatever it may be. Make the most of spending time with your loved ones, supporting local businesses, but most importantly, staying safe to protect yourself and those around you. We can’t change the past or the time we lost during lockdown but making the most of all opportunities during this ‘new normal’ that is post-lockdown life, is an opportunity in itself.
