Six members of the team have been sponsored to undertake professional qualifications, supporting their progress through the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Charlotte Stanyer, Eilis Garton-Marrows, Anita Devi, Megan Evans and Zoe Eccleston have sharpened their project management skills by gaining PRINCE2 or Agile qualifications, while Tamara Pleasant has achieved an Agile BA Foundation and Practitioner qualification in Business Analysis. Charlotte has also been awarded a BSc Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis.<\/p>\n<p>During COVID-19, members of the \u2018Entec Si family\u2019 have also had the opportunity to focus on their personal and professional growth by getting involved with the business\u2019 innovative approach to employee training. 14 employees have taken part in the Leading by Nature programme, led by Jude Jennison, which aims to improve communication and leadership skills through interaction with horses. 12 members of the team also undertook personal development training sessions with Alison Delaney at Little Bird, which focus on realising employees\u2019 leadership potential by building confidence and allowing people to work through personal challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Inspired by the impact of the pandemic, Entec Si has also recently launched an internal wellbeing initiative, dedicated to promoting \u2018mental wealth\u2019 and wellbeing at all levels of the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Eman Al-Hillawi and Peter Marsden, co-founders and directors of business change consultancy, <a href=\"https:\/\/entecsi.com\/\">Entec Si<\/a>, commented:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt Entec Si, we\u2019ve always put people at the heart of everything we do, and that\u2019s never been more important than in the current crisis.
