Trained as a surveyor, Steve began his career heading the office agency department at Sykes Waterhouse. In 1990, he joined prominent Liverpool-based developer Ion, then known as Neptune Developments, where he quickly rose through the ranks. By March 2004, Steve had become Ion’s Managing Director.
Under Steve’s leadership, Ion Developments has been instrumental in shaping some of the most significant projects across the Liverpool City Region. His vision and expertise have been pivotal in delivering transformative developments, including the mixed-use Lime Street project in Liverpool, the expansive 50-acre Earlsfield Park in Knowsley, and the revitalisation efforts at Rhyl Waterfront.
