The scheme totals 93,000 sq ft and comprises of nine units ranging from 3,800 sq ft \u2013 23,600 sq ft on a 4.8-acre site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The site sits just one mile north of Manchester City Centre and forms part of the established Cheetham Hill Industrial area, close to the Cheetham Retail Park and Manchester Fort Shopping Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This off-market site was purchased by Kier Property in partnership with Investec in February 2022 and will start on site in September 2022. As well as delivering high specification, flexible and energy efficient units, Kier Property has also designed the development to achieve BREEAM excellent and Energy Performance Certificate \u2013 A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kier Property\u2019s managing director, Leigh Thomas, commented:&nbsp;\u201cSecuring planning for our first Trade City development in Manchester is fantastic news.&nbsp; Our scheme will offer local businesses the opportunity to grow and expand, creating new job opportunities in the area and deliver an important step forward from an environmental sustainability perspective.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The site has direct access to the city centre via the A665 Cheetham Hill Road.
