In fact, according to a 2023 report from commercial real estate firm Avison Young, Manchester\u2019s creative and digital sector is predicted to grow by 11.8% over the next five years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But what does this mean for the real estate market? Since 2014, Manchester has seen a 79% increase in employment within the creative and digital sector, and this trajectory is likely to continue in the long-term, attracting new occupiers to the city.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New waves of both commercial and residential developments will soon be urgently needed to match the projected growth of the city\u2019s digital economy.
